I PLACED THE ORDER! WHEN WILL IT BE SENT?

All orders are shipped within 1-7 business days of payment confirmation. We apologize for the delay in shipping. Due to the restrictions and regulations
caused by the “Pandemic”, the package takes longer than usual to be shipped. But definitely nothing for you to worry, you will receive what you paid for. I
hope for your patience and understanding!

I DON'T GET ANY RESPONSE FROM YOU?

Please note that we may not respond to any emails on Sundays. Sometimes emails end up in SPAM, so check your junk mail too. If you have not received
any email from us, please email us at support (at) lidagreen.com. If you write to us on WhatsApp, we will reply to you from Monday to Saturday, from
9.00 to 17.00.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept payments by credit/debit card (Apple pay, Google pay) and bank transfer. On rare occasions we can use BitCoin (BTC) or instant money
transfer via the Revolut app.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Depending on the warehouse you purchase from, shipping times within the European Union are usually 7-14 working days. Shipments outside Europe
take up to 30 days.

HOW CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

Log in to your account, find your order and, if it hasn’t been shipped yet, you can change your shipping address. You can also contact us and we will
change the shipping address for you.

HOW CAN I FOLLOW THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

You will receive a confirmation email that your order has been completed; the email will include the tracking number with the link to the tracking page.
Please note that you need to wait 24 hours for your tracking number to appear on the site, if your order was sent on Friday, it will appear on Monday.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

The shipping rate is €9.99 for all orders under €140. Shipping is free if the order is over €140.
